Description:

Therapeutic Indications for LG IVF-C™

• Children: chriptorchidism, hypogonadism, hypogonadotropic eunuchoidism.
• Women: primary and secondary amenorrhoea, ovarian hypoplasia, menometrorrhagia, recurrent abortion, threatened abortion, anovulatory infertility, sterility due to ovogenesis failure.
• Men: azoospermia, oligoastenospermia, astenospermia.

Composition:

• One vial of active ingredient contains Chorionic Gonadotropin Highly purified.
• Excipients: Solvent 1.0 ml physiological solution.

Dosage: 5000 IU

Women:

• Primary and secondary amenorrhoea and anovulatory cycles: if these conditions are due to a deficit of gonadotropinic-hypophisary incretion or poor gonadal reaction to hypophisary gonadotropins: 5000-10000 IU of LG IVF-C™ after reaching optimal oestrogen levels.
• Ovarian hypoplasia: 3-5 doses of 500-1000 IU of LG IVF-C™ per month.
• Menometrorrhagia: 500-1000 IU of LG IVF-C™ every other day until bleeding subsides, subsequently 500 - 1000 IU once a week until the menstrual cycle has a normal frequency.
• Recurrent abortion: 5000 IU of LG IVF-C™ every other day during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Subsequently, 1000 IU every other day for 2 months.
• Threatened abortion: prompt intervention with 5000 IU of LG IVF-C™ even twice a day until the danger of abortion can be ruled out. Pursue the treatment with the administration of 1000 IU every third day.
• Sterility due to ovogenesis failure: after stimulation with human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG), inject 1-2 vials of LG IVF-C™ 5000 IU, 24 hours after the last HMG administration, in order to trigger ovulation.

Men:

• Chryptorchidism: 250 - 500 - 1000 IU of LG IVF-C™ 2 or 3 times a week for periods of 40 days. Repeat the treatment after 30 days of rest.
• Hypogonadism: 125 - 250 - 500 IU of LG IVF-C™ 3 times a week. Azoospermia, oligoastenospermia: 500 IU of LG IVF-C™ every other day for 3-4 months.
• Astenospermia: 1000 - 2000 IU of LG IVF-C™ every fourth day for 3 months.

Method of administration:
